Американскиот претседател Доналд Трамп најави нов безбедносен договор за Украина, кој би можел „да се прошири на цела Европа“. Тој го изнесе предлогот по средбата со висок руски претставник, но не даде конкретни детали – недостаток на јасност што предизвика неизвесност во европските престолнини, пренесува Си-Ен-Ен.
Трамп ги даде овие изјави по средбата со Кирил Дмитриев, шефот на рускиот државен инвестициски фонд кој е под санкции и кој делува како пратеник на претседателот Владимир Путин.
